Who doesn’t love an excuse to have sloppy joes? This recipe is easy to double and quick to cook – pre-make your sloppy joe sauce mixture over the weekend to make your CG night a breeze! Ask your group to bring buns, toppings, kale salad or coleslaw, and cookies to round out this meal.
Loaded Potato and Buffalo Chicken Casserole
Nothing beats a mid-week comfort food casserole. Looking to save some time? Make this the night before & keep refrigerated before warming it in the oven the night of your CG! Have everyone bring a topping, like their favorite hot sauce, ranch dressing, or sour cream. This dish pairs well with a nice veggie tray or fruit salad.
Ramen + Optional Pork Belly
The perfect create-your-own-adventure meal. Follow the recipe below to create your own ramen broth and invite your group to bring the toppings. Get as fancy as you want (Pork belly! Soft boiled eggs!) or keep it simple with pre-made ramen and broth from the frozen food section, rotisserie chicken pulled off the bone, and whatever veggies you have in your kitchen. Enjoy with dumplings and dessert!
