Available Positions:

Director of Children’s Ministry

The Director of Children’s Ministry will ensure all logistical “moving parts” of Redemption Hill’s Children’s Ministry are running smoothly and done with excellence to create a safe and fun environment so parents may participate in the gathered worship service. This Director will lead a team to implement weekly ministry and bring a cohesiveness between vision for the ministry, consistent policies, volunteer recruitment and training. This is a part-time position open to members of Redemption Hill Church. We are accepting applications through November 30, 2018.

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will provide trusted support to the Lead Pastor and Director of Operations. The ideal candidate is a faithful Christian who is gifted administratively and willing to serve a support role to others in ministry. Experience with office software and Quickbooks is a plus. This position will be a 6-month contract of up to 10 hours per week with the potential to develop into an ongoing role on the staff team. We are accepting applications through November 30, 2018.

Church Planting Residency

The RHC Church Planting Residency is a church planter training program. It is designed for called and qualified church planters to complete prior to full-time church planting work. The Church Planting Residency aims to equip the resident by instilling in him the theological and ecclesiological foundation needed to plant and lead a local church, and by providing opportunities to observe how these foundations are lived out in the life of Redemption Hill Church. The Church Planting Residency includes supervised ministry experience, a mentoring relationship, personalized training and assignments, and assessments at the beginning, 6-month, and year-end that will serve to refine the resident’s understanding of his calling and future direction.
