Redemption Hill Kids
We want the children of Redemption Hill Church to have a deeply rooted confidence in the character of God so they passionately follow Him through good and bad times. Our hope is to partner with parents in the discipleship of their children by providing environments, curriculum and resources that center on the gospel and teach the nature and character of God. Children are a gift from God to us and we work hard to engage them in the life of the church.
On May 28, Memorial Day weekend, we will gather for one service at 5:00pm. That means that we will not have a 9am service that Sunday. If you’re typically a 9am attender, sleep in and enjoy the morning before joining us at 5! If you have kids, please bring them!
Each Sunday our 9:00am worship gathering provides a fun, clean, safe, protected environment for our children to learn about Jesus. We have a great team of volunteers who have been screened and trained. There are two opportunities for our kids:
Childcare - 9:00am Service
Each Sunday we offer care for Redemption Hill's littlest ones. We worship the Lord through song and dance, have a small snack and hear teaching from Scripture. Our kids have age-appropriate teaching time each week. All preschool children, including nursery, walkers, and preschoolers, may be checked in before worship, dropped off in the upstairs room, and picked up after the service by a parent or guardian.
Kids Worship - 9:00am Service
Kids Worship is a place where kids spend time learning and worshipping through song, story and study during our 9:00 am Sunday gatherings. All kids ages Kindergarten through 5th grade are checked in downstairs prior to our worship service. These kids join us for the first part of the service and are then dismissed to their teachers for Kids Worship before the sermon. This allows our school-age kids to receive teaching at their level and to build real community with others who share their age and stage of development. 6th graders and older join us throughout the service.
