In the Church calendar, Ascension Day marks when Jesus ascended into heaven—40 days after His resurrection. In the days that followed, the disciples gathered in prayer as they awaited the coming of the Spirit at Pentecost (Acts 1:9–12).

This year, we invite you to a special night of prayer and worship on Thursday, May 14 at 7 PM to celebrate the Ascension and begin a short season of focused prayer.

Invite your friends and neighbors to join us! Please note that no childcare will be provided but children are welcome to join.

And then May 15–23, we will join together as the church scattered, seeking greater dependence on the Holy Spirit and growth in the fruit of the Spirit through a simple practice of Scripture, prayer, and reflection.
