Lent Recipe: Chicken Pesto Pizza

A simple recipe with mouth-watering results!  If you haven’t tried this before, rest assured that sweet honey with salty feta is a magnificent flavor combo. Add in the nutty, rich pesto, juicy tomatoes and you've got yourself a mighty tasty pizza!

Chicken Pesto Pizza with Honey Drizzle

Feeds 12, adjust recipe according to group size

3 pizza crusts (optional - flatbreads/naan)
chicken - grilled, shredded or sliced
1 large block of feta cheese
1 red onion
tomatoes of all sizes and colors
red pepper flakes (optional)

Spread a generous amount of pesto over your pizza crusts and top liberally with chicken, feta, red onion and sliced tomatoes. Bake at 375°F-400°F until crispy. Drizzle honey over your pizzas, sprinkle red pepper flakes for some heat, slice into pieces, and dig in!
