God Loves Our City - Jonah 4:1-11

September 30, 2012

Is the story of Jonah the world's greatest fish tale? Is it true? What are we supposed to learn from it?

Jonah is the ultimate archetype of running from God. His story is told to children in churches everywhere as a lesson of the importance of obedience and repentance. It's a great story, complete with storms and giant fish that ends with repentance and obedience... right? Jonah may not be the story you think it is.

We finish the sermon series this week as Pastor Bill preaches on God's desire to see lost people saved and brought to repentance.
